Seems M. nigrofasciaticollis is the best match. Thanks.

The holotype of Mesosa (Aplocnemia) nigrofasciaticollis Breuning, 1968 has a wider first transverse band on the elytra. I think there may be several species with a similar habitus, but I've never compared the genitalia.
