Looks similar to T. lemoides but the longitudinal raised part of the pronotum is very narrow and ends in a small bubble.

Probably a form of Tetraophthalmus fasciatus (Gahan, 1901), which has a similar longitudinal raised and narrow line on the pronotum; and exactly the same color for legs and antenna, etc.

Many Tetraophthalmus species are highly variable. Here, 3 Tetraophthalmus gibbicollis (Thomson, 1865) collected on the same road in Thailand(Phrae) :
