Posted - 19/07/2017 : 07:55:58 Compsocerus parviscopus Burmeister, 1865. By the way the author has choosen a name which fits very well with the features! parvus = little, poor; scopula = brush. Which designs the only species of the genus with reduced or absent tufts of hairs on the 6th segment. |

Posted - 15/06/2017 : 12:02:10 Not sure abaout this genus... Aglaoschema have opaque dull elytra. Here the surface is punctate, somewhat vermiculate or rugouse with black tomentum, but the integuments remain brillant. |
