I have this book and I can see the holotype of Porithodes spinipennis Carter, 1929 page 556.
It is effectively the insect of Dan.

Of course I will let you know if I eventually have other references.
I have Slipinsky & Escalona Volume 1, and Volume 2 should arrive by mail soon.
There are also some photos here and some descriptions.

I don't have the book by Slipinski and Escalona. Nor do I have much literature about Australian species.

If you are able to find names based on that book, please say so. Or, if you have other references, then please say so.

Here is another specimen. I knew only the genus.
Now I would say it is Porithodes spinipennis Carter, 1929
I have quite a few more Australian specimens to be identified eventually.

At first sight it looks like Porithodes sp.
