Ok. If this data is reliable we have two possibilities:
D. alexandris and D. kastekus. I would exclude the latter.
So it would have to be small and slender male of D. alexandris Pic.
Keru environs is a well-known locality for this species.

Kazakhstan is big enough.. In my view it`s from optatum group, very similar to D. optatum toropyginae Danilevsky,1999. But that form from Kirghizstan. In any case the real labels data would be appreciated here. |
