Cribragapanthia scutellata.
Cribrohammus does not show antennal pubescence.

Genus Cribrohammus has a short lateral spine.

I don't see any lateral spine, but it is unclear...
A better picture, please ?

it's a Cribragapanthia sps because Cribrohammus has a small spine at the pronotal sides,
I cannot see any spines at Bill's picture, otherwise the antennomers I-IV are not strong hairy like in Cribragapanthia.

Yes, has black hairs on the basal antennal segments.

Cribrohammus... fragosus Holzschuh,1998

It should be Cribragapanthia scutellata Pic, 1903.
Is the body darker than the picture ?
Has it got hairs under antennomera 1 to 4?
