thanks Xavier, you are right the habitus is different from Lychrosimorphus, but P. rondoni is more far, I believe. Maybe this sps is described in the large, heterogenous genus Pterolophia, I don't know any sps with such antennae, the search is going on. |

Have you seen the type (female) picture of Paralychrosimorphus rondoni Breuning, 1965 from Bishop museum ?
Could your specimen be a male ...? |

It seems to me that Lychrosimorphus has less large scapus, longer pronotum and not parallel sides elytra; this species could have been described in another genus (Pterolophia ?).
It is only my feeling... |
