Now identified by Xavier as Pterolophia multifasciculata Pic, 1926

This picture (from Laos fauna, 1970) shows the same species but with a wrong ID.
The true Pterolophia (Hylobrotus) bisulcaticollis Pic, 1926 has bands on pronotum and truncated elytra as on holotype picture here and in the original description by M. Pic.
