Thank you both for putting a name on this species.

The species (with yellow spots, from Zanzibar) was described by Fairmaire (1897, Ann. Soc. ent. Fr. LXVI: 154); the variety (with white spots, from Delagoa) by Breuning (1942, Nov. ent. 75: 32).

Well, my pleasure Can you disclose also the literature source?
Francesco Posted - 12/12/2012 : 16:48:27
Vitali... ugh ugh , you had right: it is Frea (s. str.) flavoscapulata m. albescens Breuning, 1942.

Thanks for the hint.
I'll be back if I come up with something.

Exatly, it should be a Dichostates Thomson, 1860 (or Dichostatoides according to Teocchi).

I guess this is rather Crossotini, some Frea.
I have never seen this one.
