Posted - 09/05/2015 : 08:59:49 coming back to this topic,...fontanieri (as per Lameere, 1915) differs from subopacus in having elytra entirely glossy, finely and densely punctuated with scattered large dots but the specimen in my current post is neither glossy entirely nor finely punctuated, rather it is dull on lateral sides with fine granulations....so it doesnt fit into the description of R. fontanieri...it leaves the topic open for further discussion |
