yes, maybe this taxon should be transfered to the genus Morimopsidius, are both spms really M. inaequalis, anybody has a type picture ?

Surely it isn't member of genus Morimus. Taxon should be transfered to other genus.

From WATERHOUSE Charles Owen, 1881.On some Indian Coleoptera, chiefly from Travancore. The Annals and Magazine of Natural History, London (5) 7 (42): 457-461.

It fits well for me, but I don't know if other species exist in this area.
