Yes, it is male of Similonedine brunniofasciata Hua, 1992.
I have the holotype pictures but I have no right to upload the pictures. Would you please tell me the details of data? thanks

This specimen fits well with the description of Rhodopina tonkinensis (Breuning, 1936), and with the specimen from MNHN here.
