Es gibt keine Acalolepta mit abgeschnitten Decken in Vietnam.
Das ist wahrscheinlich ein Sternohammus (Unterseite beobachten).

From Vietnam is possible Sternohammus atricornis Breuning, 1935, but I have not the description

Here, there are two further species (Sternohammus laosensis Breuning, 1963 and S. yunnanus Wang & Chiang, 1998).

We checked this ex. with Carolus Holzschuh... it is Sternohammus laosensis Breuning, 1963
