The length: 9 mm
POC: Southern India; Tamilnadu.
Identification: Exocentrus sp?

I'd say Sophronica (Desmiphorini) or something like that.

To compare with this species here

Sophronica apicalis (Pic, 1922) is known from northern India; from south, no.

Yes, I know , that 's why I tell you this species is unknown from south India.
