...but you are right Francesco, it seems very close to Sybra posticalis (Pascoe, 1858) described from Hong Kong. Some pictures here. |

Thank you Francesco and Xavier. I agree it is likely Sybra posticalis which has showed much variation in colour. Yet the pattern on the elytra is quite constant. Thanks again. Clive

Your Ex. is a member from a hard group with S. brevelineata Pic, 1926, minuta Pic, 1927, unipunctata Br., 1939, tonkinensis Br., 1968...... But S. posticalis is might be possible. |
