Not easy with your picture ; probably Olenecamptus bilobus (Fabricius, 1801); I do not know the validity of Olenecamptus bilobus luzonensis Dillon & Dillon, 1948 which looks similar to other "subspecies" O. bilobus by Dillon & Dillon...
