I think it's not a Derolus the pronotum is very spined

Sure, there is mistake in the subject - it should be rather Neoplocaderus.

It might be Neoplocaederus frenatus (Fåhraeus, 1872)... even if the antennae seem to me too short and the apical spines of the elytra too long.
Which is its size?

The size is quite standard - slightly lower than the one of other Neoplocaderus (denticornis, atlanticus, etc.).

Seems to fit the description of Neoplocaederus pronus (Fåhraeus, 1872) if we accept that the size is ~ 20 mm
