There are many genera of Trachyderini with a similar pattern (Ischnocnemis, Lophalia, Neotaranomis, Perarthrus, Zalophia), but according to me this specimen belongs to Sphaenothecus.
On the basis of to the shape of the yellow stripe, it might be S. picticornis Bates 1880, but only male specimens are represented here.
Some news about the locality?

Yes, indeed, there are numerous different Trachyderini with this typical yellow stripes belonging to different genera. So you think this is a female?
I have quite precise data: Oaxaca, Km 80 highway Tehuacan - Cuicatlan, 17Km SE Teotitlan, 700 m.
