Using Schmidt's book and considering the dark legs and antennae and blue hind femurs one can arrive with this beetle at Phyllocnema holubi bifoliata Schmidt, 1922.
Can you confirm the identification?
The book is pretty old.
Sorry for the dust and photo quality.

The puncturing of the leaf-shaped apical expansions of the metatibiae seems to me ""raspelartig".
On the basis of what I can see, I'd say yes, it is.

Thank you, Francesco. The puncturing of the leaf-shaped expansions is very-very fine. If fact, the key says that the puncturing of femurs especially in the apical broadened part is "raspelartig", and this feature fits the beetle perfectly. I was just wondering if other (newer) similar species could be confused with this one.
