Sorry! It is hard to determine, because there are two guys are very close to the spm. Japanostrangalia yamasakii (MITONO, 1936) and Japanostrangalia basiplicata (FAIRMAIRE, 1889) please refer to Chou W-I, Ohbayashi N. 2007 Notes on the Genera Sinostrangalis and Metastrangalis (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae) [Studies on the Taiwanese Lepturinae, I]. Japanese Journal of systematic entomology. 13 (2): 225-240.

I'd rather say Sinostrangalis basiplicatus (Fairmaire, 1889)

My specimen is identical to yours, will be other Sinostrangalis clermonti (Pic, 1927)

I have two specimens from you with the determination Japanostrangalia clermonti, very very similars to the specimen of this post.
