Any idea what is this Eoporis elegans doing?
It seems to be sharing something interesting with the small beetles on this dead tree trunk.
Is Eoporis mycophagous or does the tribe Acanthocinini containing species that are mycophagous? (BTW, any idea what that small beetle is? Is it a mycophagous family?).

Craighead (1921, 1923) observed mycophagy on some American Acanthocinini: Sternidius alpha (Say, 1827) and Astylopsis macula (Say, 1826).
