Can it be one of Prosphilus?
The widest distribution has Prosphilus serraticornis (Bertoloni, 1855), and it has been recorded from Congo.

mmmhm... Prosphilus do not have this wrinkled pronotal sculpture.
It should be a female of Neoplocaederus.

A female of Neoplocaederus fucatus (Thomson, 1858)... lost in the past...
