I believe this species is Amblymoropsis papuana (Breuning, 1961),
I hope any type picture (from BMNH) is available !
size: 6,4mm, from New Britain (Baining Mts.)

You mean Amblymoropsis papuana (Breuning, 1961). Is it really 64 mm ?
